WebDAV is a very powerful feature of DMX that allows you to access the documents ‘directly’ from Windows or any other client that supports the protocol. If you experience issues getting this to work this article might help you identify where things are going wrong.

After the summer holidays it’s time to get back to work. Over the past weeks a new release of DMX has been prepared with a number of fixes. Notably one that prevented notifications to properly work on DNN 5.1. Read more about the changes here.

After the good news for OpenForce US for this year (see this post) I am very pleased to have been selected to present at OpenForce EU as well. The sessions are entitled "Advanced Module Development in DNN", and "Extension Software Protection in DNN".

This has been a long anticipated (and delayed) release. There have been so many significant changes it might as well have been called DMX 6. The enhancements include two major new features: synchronized folders and per folder attributes. I’ll elaborate on these here.

Document Exchange was designed with extensibility in mind. Most extensions are done for private clients, but every now and then a more generic extension emerges and we put it on the website for you to download. In most cases the source code is also available for DMX customers. Today three new extensions were uploaded to the Bring2mind site.

After a fierce race to get one of the available presenter slots at OpenForce 2009, I am immensely proud to have been selected to present at this event. This conference, which is part of the larger DevConnections event, will take place on November 10 to 12 at the Mandalay Bay resort in Las Vegas.

This release provides only 1 fix: the 'unauthenticated users in DNN 05.00.01' problem. If you're not using DNN 5 then you can skip this release.
