I am still unable to upload a file over 300MB.

All my settings match the user manual... my web.config; <!-- allow large file uploads -->

Please help I own this module for a long time (2yrs+) and I upgraded to v4 and I am still unable to use for the reason I bought it (upload BIG files +500MB) . The module works fine with smaller files such 30-50MB but I need to know if what I expecting its unrealistic. Thank You

It's not that it is unimportant. It is just very hard to solve. I'll devote today to it again.

Please let me know of any updates, we are currently using the same control you have in DMX for the Upload Progress Bar in a custom web application and I don't experience any issues uploading files over 300mb

Hi JP,
I guess you're using a different version. Since my last post I have done nothing but this issue. The error is produced internally in a third party component (Telerik). So I have devoted some effort in making a new upload component provider for ComponentArt (they have one out this year). The results look positive. There were a mountain of issues to resolve, but I think I can tick them off my list now. Expect to see a new upload in DMX 4.3.3. Drop me an email if you're interested in testing it.

Hi Peter,

I would be very interested in being part of testers, please let me know how to get started. Thanks a lot for keeping me informed about this issue.

Sincerely,

Hi JP,

Please contact me on peter at bring2mind dot net for an advance version. I think the new component behaves better.
