The document is not yet drawn up as we're going through the issues. But as far as I can see right now, the same settings exist in IIS7 but the UI is completely redone, so it's not easy to find again. But to head off your questions:
1. Go in IIS Manager to your site.
2. You'll see 2 sections on the right with a bunch of icons: ASP.NET and IIS. We're interested in IIS.
3. Open 'Handler Mappings' under IIS. This corresponds to 'mappings' under Application Configuration on IIS 6.
4. Look for *.axd. Edit this one and change the VERB list as described on the IIS 6 documentation.
5. Add wildcard handler (at the right top you'll see 'Add Wildcard Script Map') if you plan to use Vista to connect to the installation. Map the executable to the same one as under .axd

That's it. Now IIS 7 is set up as IIS 6. As I've only just started to test a Win2008 srv installation, I didn't have the time yet to either do all tests or to make the document.

No word yet. The procedure actually does not differ from IIS6, it only looks different because the UI is all different. This is why I just added the post above.
