Hi there,

I downloaded the trial version of DMX 4 Professional and have the module successfully installed on my site and an instance of it added to one of my pages. I went to the License page, selected "Trial License" and chose the "Manual Activation" option to have it generate the server ID that I need to copy into the License Request form on your site.

But when I copy the server ID into the form and submit it, I receive a message stating...

License not found. This can be because either:
1. The license was not yet added to the database
2. The supplied details (email, invoice etc) were incorrect

Is there something I'm missing?

Hi Jake,
Not seen that one before. Can you copy the server ID to me by email (peter at bring2mind dot net) and I'll see what I can do.

I downloaded the latest trial version of DMX 4 (04.01.00) and was able to activate my trial license just fine. Thank you again for all of your help!
