I added ssl to my portal. I enabled enforce both the ssl and enforce ssl on site settings. I enabled SSL on the page with the dmx module. The page does show it being SSL but when I right click on a file and click show download link it shows http://

Have you restarted the application? The data used to construct the menu is cached to speed up performance.
