Here is the latest release of DMX. The key fixes are:

Fix: WebDAV fixed for IIS 6/IIS 7 Classic pipeline mode (DMX-380)
Fix: Fix to sync folders for case sensitivity (DMX-377)
Fix: Fix to sync folders so they're no longer sensitive to approval status of items (DMX-378)
Fix: Fix to template view which threw an error in absolute root (DMX-379)

Note the WebDAV issue that was fixed only affects version 5.3.3.
