We have see that we can localize the most Items in the Wizard but we find not way to localize the Value from the Upload "select" and "clear" we looking also to localize the buttons "Next", "Previous", "Finish" and "Cancel".

Yes, these are external components. Some other companies don't seem to care much for the localization part. I'll see what I can patch.
