Hi Peter,
we are having a problem when trying to add categories if the default language of the site is not set to English.
To duplicate the issue, simply enable at least two languages on a site and change the default language (in the language admin tab) to something other than English.
When trying to add a new category, the module will return an error "An item with the same key has already been added"
