While uploading the files using the DMX Letterbox module we don't see any upload progress bar showing the percentage of data uploaded.

Could you please let us know what could be the problem. Does the feature exist in the current version we are using ??

If yes, what are the steps to be done to enable that feature and If no, should we upgrade to latest version ??

Please give your valuable suggestions.

Current module versions are:

Document Exchange - V 6.0.4 and DMX LetterBox - V 1.3.0

Hi Praveen,

You'll need to use a more recent version of DMX. There have been issues with certain upload providers and the progress bars in the past.
