Broken in Document Exchange version 6.1.3 then I upgraded to Document Exchange version 6.1.6 still broken.
We upgraded our DNN Environment from 6.3.4 to 7.1.2 a few weeks ago. We just noticed that the DMX subscribe functionality, that allows users to subscribe to a folder and receive emails when an file is added or updated to the folder, is not working. I have tried every variation in all our environments of subscribing, adding people to subscription manager, and uploading files to the folder but no emails are being set out. If I right click on the file I am still able to use the mail me option.
