    Hi,

I am using DMX 03.01.03 on a client intranet, so far to great success.  We have just completed an upgrade of DNN and have moved the intranet to a new server.  The server is on a new domain.  Is it possible for me to move the DNN licence from the old domain to the new one, and if so, what is the process to do this.

    Best Regards

    David

    Hi David,
This should be no problem. If ever confronted with a license message, reactivate. If it fails email me with the background and I'll make sure you can reactivate. The activation (and license) does not depend on domains by the way. It depends on the DNN installation itself.

Thanks for the reply Peter,  I have been talking to my client again, and before we swap over to the new server permanantly, they want to run the new and old side by side for certain users to check the contents of the site.

This content will include all the content held in the DMX library.  When I click the activation button on the new server will this deactivate the copy on the old server?
