Hi,

In trying to upgrade DMX 3 to DMX 6 installation, I get the following error. Are you able to provide some guidance please?

It appears your install wasn't successful. That dll was in the install zip and DNN's installer apparently did not copy that to the bin folder. A failed install can be hard to recover from. The best way is to roll back to your backup and try again. Otherwise install again (repair) and double check the report.

Thanks Peter, unfortunately it still isn't working.

Is there any way I can do a bulk download of my documents so I can install a new version of the module and re-add them again?

Hi Roger,

It is really hard from here to determine where you are stuck and what the best strategy for recovery is. Can you contact me by email about this?
