I'm trying to set permissions by user role and the options are greyed out.  How can I fix this?  Thanks much.

Chad,
Which options are greyed out? Can you send me a screenshot by email. Note that setting permissions is sometimes restricted depending on your login.

We are having the same problem. We are unable to set permissions on a folder. We have tried to set them while logged in as admin and host. I will email a screenshot to you.

In Noah's case the portal initialization script for DMX had somehow failed to do it's work 100%. For him a fix was to run the 'Prepare Portal' script under Admin > Scripts.
