Google Chrome seems to look for the title meta tag in PDF files and revert back to the file name if doesn't exist when using it's built-in PDF viewer:
See here at the top of each file: http://www.netpotential.co.nz/phill/chrome-pdf-viewer.png

Default URL:
/DesktopModules/Bring2mind/DMX/Download.aspx?Command=Core_Download&EntryId=34&language=en-NZ&PortalId=0&TabId=101

Is there any way to get the real file name in the download URL as the last string before the query strings start instead of Download.aspx so Google Chrome can display the real file name instead of Download.aspx?

Thanks a lot for your help

There isn't currently. Note that during download the browser is told what the actual filename is.
