Have anyone has any luck with this setting up WebDav on Windows 2008 with IIS7?  The manual instruction doesn't seem to work.

When I click on a folder and select Open in Window Explore nothing happen and no error.

When I click on the word document and click Open in word this is the java script error I get.

I am now able to get it to open in word, but not able to get the folders open in explore view due to security error.

Hi Alan,

The earlier message was IE telling you it could not start Word. I.e. it was a client, not a server error.

Hi Alan, I have found javascript errors on my DNN 4.9.5 site with IE8.

I found I was able to correct these by running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode, so you may want to try that since Peter indicated it was a client side error.

If this helps, I have also found an easy way to force IE8 to use IE7 compatibility mode at the IIS web site level so users are not frustrated by errors and non functional pages.
