Can't get Activation to work!

    Hello,

    I cannot get my Activation of the DMX Pro module to work because I don't have an activation key, and when I try to request one during activation, I don't get a response.

    I have sent a few emails to Bring2Mind contacts at this point, and it's been two days and I haven't had a response and I need to get this module working!  I’m not sure if I’m asking the wrong question or the wrong people.

     

    My boss purchased the DMX pro module on snowcovered.com and downloaded it.

     

    Account: **********(i blanked this out for privacy purposes but it was the email addy used when ordering from snowcovered)

    Invoice: SCI-*****(i blanked this out for privacy purposes but it was the invoice number given from the snowcovered order)

     

    I uploaded the DMX Pro module into my DNN framework.

     

    Account Details Window:

    I entered an Account and an Invoice Number and clicked Next.

     

    Activate Window:

    The Server ID was already filled in, and we had no activation key sent to us when we ordered through Snowcovered.com

    so I clicked the Request Activation Key link.

    The screens said it would refresh 5 times...and now all I see is "Waiting for response"

    After waiting a few minutes, I clicked Next, which brought me to the Status Window.

     

    Status Window:

    I still see Waiting for response... and I clicked the "Request activation key through http" link.

    Still just Waiting for response.

    Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Jensta,

    Please use email for this.

    Note that you should receive an email from Bring2mind after your purchase with details of the activation. If you haven't received that, please contact Snowcovered (service@snowcovered.com) as they have failed to notify Bring2mind in that case.

    If the activation hangs, get in touch with us by email and copy-paste the server ID in that email.
