    Hi,

I have been using DMX Pro installed on DNN 3.1.0 for a couple of years, and now my client wants to upgrade the version of Nuke.  I have successfully upgraded from 3.1.0 to 4.5.1 on my development version, which was a copy of the live install. But I cannot check DMX as the license is invalid.  Is there a simple way to get it back to a development license?

Also, does anyone know if the version that ran on DNN3 will run on 4, or will I need to upgrade DMX?

I sent a support request through Snowcovered but got no response.

    Thanks

    David

    Hello David,

You absolutely need an upgrade of DMX to run on 4.5.1. The most current for DNN 4.x and .Net 2.0 is DMX V3.0.9. The PA is called: "Bring2mind.DMX_03.04.09_NET2.zip"

You can run on a dev machine if you access the site via localhost.

I'm not sure about the unanswered support call, but you can test DMX endlessly on a development machine. Load in a DNN on your local IIS and add DMX. It works without activation when addressed through localhost.
