Upon successfully adding a new file or set of files using Windows Explorer and WebDAV, I have noticed that subscribers are not getting notifications about the newly added content. When I add files using the New Item menu option Notifications are sent successfully. Is this by design where WebDAV functionally will not send out notifications or is this a bug in the system? After adding new files using Windows explorer I run the Notification Collection process but never see a new event inside the Notification table. Whereas when I run the same process after adding a new Item from the Menu I see the pending notification in the database. I am using the latest version 4.3.
