I am missing a configuration setting somewhere.  I cannot find it though.  I cannot add a folder or upload a file in Windows Explorer.

I am using Vista.  The server is 2003 64-bit IIS 6.

What have I missed?

I am also confused as to how security is enforced.  Using WebDav, how does user A only see folders he has permission to?

Thanks

Hi Chris,

WebDAV works through http. The module has it's own handler for webDAV calls and authentication. The user is verified against the DNN membership provider.

The biggest stumbling block is making sure the webDAV calls are routed to the module. This means routing them to DNN. The DNN web.config was changed to make the calls go to the module. But on the server you have to make sure there is nothing else that intercepts the call. This is what is usually wrong on broken webDAV installations. It can be verified by running a Fiddler session to see what the client is sending and the server responding. If you want I'll have a look at that if you send me the sessions by email.
