http://www.n2omarketing.c.../dmxdav.axd/Library/

is my path

This is the exact error when choosing "Open In Explorer" from DMX: http://screencast.com/t/ZDQyMTQ1MjM

I get an error trying to go to this path, which I'm thinking is valid. Followed all the instructions in Help for Local Intranet zone, set up all the options in Main Settings for DMX. Server is IIS7, PC is XP

How do you troubleshoot this?

I have DMX options in my web.config for handlers, httpmodules, httphandlers and modules nodes, in order below:

Great Peter, thank you....

Now... I have gotten the open in Explorer working. What about opening files in their native editor through WebDav? When I select a Word Doc, right click and select Open In Word, nothing happens. The first attempt, I installed an active x control of some sort, which went fine. Then nothing on subsequent attempts to Open In Word. I even tried shutting down my browser and attempting again. Fiddler also does not capture ANY information from the point I select "Open In Word". Just a short hourglass, then nothing.

Any ideas for troubleshooting?

Hi Paul,

If Fiddler doesn't show anything then the request was not sent. This can only mean the browser blocked the call. This would be due to security settings on the browser. IE must allow the unsigned control to launch or it won't do it. Check out the WebDAV help file on the help menu about this.
