Hello, We're wondering if Bring2Mind would support a 'content staging' mode for documents upload? The purpose would be to allow users to upload their documents on an another server than the production one and then synchronize them behind the scene. Use case: User upload his document on server A (intranet) with all attributes, then server A push the data on server B (DMZ). Best regard, Stéphane.

Hi Stephane, One of the biggest stumbling blocks is the fact that 2 DNN installations/portals do not share users or roles (i.e. IDs are different) and therefore there is no guaranteed way to make things compare. There are several ways to do something like staging. One is to use the approval mechanism. The other is to have users upload in one place using for instance the letterbox extension (so they don't need to see/have access to what has been uploaded etc) and then have doc admins review and move the documents to another place by hand.
