Hi,

I just rebuilt my system to upgrade to DNN 7.0.4. I then installed DMX 6.0.4, and successfully activated it. However, when I view the page now, there is no interface, just a large blue box (the size of the normal DMX interface) with a tab on the bottom that says "Reset Menus". How can I get the interface back?
TIA.

Issue solved by upgrading DNN 7.0.4 to 7.0.5.

A blank interface is almost certainly a result of an issue with the Javascript not running (well). The first thing to do is to refresh your browser's cache just to make sure no old scripts are cached.

I am getting the same issue with my dmx installation of 6.1.5 on a dnn framework of 6.1.5. Are there any fixes to this issue?

Hi Joe, it is related to the JS not running. It's not a bug, but either your browser has blocked JS, your server is not serving JS, or you have an old cached version of the JS file in question. Like I said before you first try to refresh your browser's cache. If that doesn't help you'll need Fiddler to determine if all JS files are sent.

Hi Peter,

We ran into this issue, and found a resolution which was not stated here. Thought we would share to assist others. We installed DMX 6.1.6 on DNN 6.2.9, added document exchange to new page. module had blank interface as stated in earlier responses. This was caused by an error with javascript, specifically "ComponentArt_FormSubmitHandler is not defined". This lead us to the following post:
http://www.componentart.c.../forums/t/61265.aspx

This lead us to opening the web.config and commenting out the following line

<!-- -->

Saved, pushed, and reloaded page to have everything working properly.

Hope this helps others,
