not sure where this should go, so here it is.

i have DNN 6.2 with DMX 6.0.4.

on the emails that are sent out to let subscribers know of an update to a file, how can we edit what is in the email? i am sure there is no management interface but where is the file or files involved.

i want to be able to tell the user the containing folder, in this case, keep moving up folders till it reaches the top level folder and include that info with the name of the file.

how about this, Peter. i am assuming there is no way by default to do the above. is this file in the available source purchase:
Bring2mind.DNN.Modules.DMX.DNNNotificationProvider

that i would need to make the above happen?

also, i already own a license of the standard 6.1 install. if i need the source, which i see comes with a license how much would it be for just the source.

and yes, i would provide you with the license key at time of purchase.

Hi Josh,

The email templates are in the shared resources file. They consist of 3 parts: a title template determining what the title of the email should look like, a body template for the body and a repetition template to iterate over the various documents being emailed about (DMX sends out digest emails of stuff happening in DMX). These templates are a lot like the templates that are used in the templating mechanism, i.e. they also use the familiar token replace. So you can tweak the emails to your own liking. More details can be found in the notifications manual on the help menu.
