Our company built a Template, with several default layout / configuration choices. When a client web-site derives from this Template the subscription includes the domain to our Template then the location of the document on the alternate site. Rather than the actual site it is derived from.

Can you copy the template fragment where the faulty subscription link is constructed?

I'm not following what you mean?

On the non template site the subscription is added, the URL should be:

http://garrigotti.domain....Download&EntryId=458

Instead it shows our Template that it was derived:

http://template.domain.co...Download&EntryId=458

Since the document doesn't exist on the Template, the link doesn't work.

What is the setting for default portal alias in the main options for DMX?

Ironically, the default Portal Alias is indeed referencing the proper domain. IE:

garrigotti.domain.com is referencing garrigotti.domain.com.

You'll need to send me the template to look at. You can zip it up and send it over by email.
