    Hallo,
On my portals DotnNetNuke, i have installed the module "Document Exchange Professional" but there is a problem. When I try to

cancel a document selecting the button "phisical delete" nothing happens. How can i resolve this problem? Can i receive

    information about this problem?
Thank you very much for this information.

    Best Regards

    Emanuele

Not sure how this can be. I can't reproduce this behaviour. On all my installations the 'hard delete' works fine: the entry is removed from the db, and the file is removed from the repository. Do you have more details about how to reproduce this?

    Emanuelle,
    1. Have you checked the boxes of the document(s) you want to delete? (Sometimes this slips attention...)
    2. Something reproducable: If you want to delete a folder with subfolders/files via soft- and then hard delete (Login as host), this parent folder needs to be checked and clicked for delete completely as much as numbers of subobject (Not really sure but similar count...) are in the folder before the parent folder will hide.

    Peter,
This is a strange behaviour. Is this to be changed in a future version?

I have experienced this same behavior when deleting folders (collections) which have subfolders and files. The hard delete operation must be performed multiple times on the target.

I hope this will be solved in v 03.04.05 which is coming out shortly. I'm still not entirely sure what it is you guys are seeing/experiencing, but I have made some adjustments to the relevant code and looked over it again.

I've already posted this in Bug Reports days ago but remains in version 03.04.05.
In a user view: If you copy a document in another folder (up or down level) and (hard)delete one of the copy and try to open/download the other document, you get an error page. Even if one document is still visible in the list, both documents are missing. (Copy function references the same object?) . This is a fatal effect ... Will this be solved soon?
    Thanks in advance.

Copied document is still available until you don't hard delete the "one" document....
