Version 03.04.06 have functioned without any problem on DNN 04.03.06. We have downloaded the navigator addon for dmx and become the error we need newer version so we have download the update and install on our portal. We have become no error by the installation but the navigator is empty, we become often the error that a error occured by loading dmx and we press F5 to refresh the page to display the module. When we goes in the otption menu from the dmx instace we have a nice empty admin module but cancel, update and the symbol of the module is displayed.

We have experimented now with different way and have found a solution for us. Here is the situation and our working solution for this. We have the problem we described in the posting before. We have checked tat we can back to the version before but no easy way exist without restore. But we have downloaded from snowcovered the version DMX 03.04.08 for .Net 1 and installed this on our Portal. The result the DMX self working without any problem. We are a little bit confused we work with DNN Version 04.03.06 on .Net Framework 2.0.507.27.42 also .Net 2 but the Net2 Version of DMX works not on our Net2 portal. We are very interrest about the source of the problem!

Hi Guido, The only significant difference in .net 1.1 and 2 versions of DMX and Navigator is the ComponentArt assembly. You'll find that there is also a new Navigator download for .net 2 that references the new CA assembly (Bring2mind.ComponentArt.Web.UI.dll). What you found out was that both DMX and Navigator need to reference the same assembly or else the solution will fail. Peter
