I have several questions about older version of documents.

    1. How do I access older versions of a document, without searching for it?
    2. Is it possible to have the same document in more than one collection?  If I copy the document it makes a copy of the document instead of creating a reference to it.

    Thanks

    1. Go to the document details and look for the 'version list' (by default only visible for those with edit permission). Click on an older version and you'll see the details of that document.
    2. There is no possibility to 'reference' the same document. Copying only creates a real copy. A document exists only in one collection. What you want is implemented using categories. Documents can be in any number of categories. My advice: use collections to organize and layout permissions in your DMX. Use categories to make content available if you need to have mulitple places for a single document.
