critical error on upload in DNN 4.5.1 ?

Hello, I have upgraded some of my sites to DNN 4.5.1 Since then, whenever, I upload a document into DMX, whether it is a new document, or a new version of an existing one, I get a A critical error has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object I have tried upgrading DMX to the latest patch (3.04.09) and that does not seem to fix it. The document however, DOES, get uploaded properly - so I do not know : 1 - if this actually does anything bad 2 - how i get rid of the error - it is a pain even if not desctrutive since dmx is then "broken" and not returning to the proper screen - I have to navigate back to it through my site menus to use it again Thank you

Do you use custom attributes Wim? I may be onto something. Peter

Hi Peter, Yes, I do use Custom Attributes. Three of them are of type "select" and one is of type "date". The "date" type and one of the "select" types are mandatory. In case this info helps. Let me know if you find a way to solve this ! Thanks ! Wim

I'm preparing an update for release. There is an issue with control naming that changed in DNN 4.5 that cropped up. Peter
