No Upload when select new Version or Edit as Admin

We upload a unknown File-Type to DMX When we select in the Menu new Version or Edit only the Custom Attributes is displayed but not Upload or Permissions. We have added a custom Extension for this file type after the upload but the Entry is also displayed as unknown. We remove the item and create this new now is the Item displayed with the right symbol but when we click on new Version or edit only the custom entries we can change. We work on the Protal as Admin. When we login as host we can make a upload and set permissions. We have set approve by administrators and other roles for this object and the object is approved but not changes on permissions or upload is available. We remove now the permission from the roles and test the edit of a object also as admin. Now we can also not upload new version or change permissions. The Result: We can only make changes on permissions or upload new version as host

When one time set Approve for Administrators we have no chance to reset or add per standard the edit or add right for Administrators

But this is no Problem we restore the last Backup but we think the Module must this blocked in future.

The existing file remains unchanged. File types are parsed upon upload. We remove the item and create this new now is the Item displayed with the right symbol but when we click on new Version or edit only the custom entries we can change. Can you tell me what you used to create the custom type? Did you go through the File Types screen? And can you tell me what the ExtensionKey was in the DMX_Extensions table?
