I've been able to successfully upload files of over 1GB, but not 2GB.

I've read that 2GB is the limit.  What is the reason for that?  Is there a way I can force this in there?  Is there some sort of server utility that I can run that would get a file in there that is over 2GB?  Any options at all no matter how extreme?

Thanks,

Mark

Mark,

I believe it's a Windows limit. The upload controls streams directly to disk, but 2 Gb seems to be the ceiling for all methods. I have not found a reason for this (nor have I ever had to go over this limit). Maybe Google will return more useful info on this.

Thanks for the response. I haven't found anything yet that may indicate what you are talking about.

However, I was able to apply compression to it with the highest setting which got the file just barely under 2GB. Took a while of course, but I'm okay for now.

Thanks!
