    Hi Peter,

Is there any API available for DMX 3?I am trying to integrate document upload with another module. I want to create an interface where a user can browse a file from their desktop and click save and it uploads and saves the file in a particular folder in DMX and grabs the download URL for that file and inserts it in the module that I am integrating.  I tried copying EditEntry.aspx to a different folder and removing the fields that I do not need.  I added an entry to the table DMX_Extensions to point to my control.  I get the following General Exception in Event Viewer when I try to use my control.

InnerException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    FileName:
    FileLineNumber: 0
    FileColumnNumber: 0
    Method: Bring2mind.DNN.Modules.DMX.EditEntry.j
    StackTrace:
Message: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Bring2mind.DNN.Modules.DMX.EditEntry.j(Object A_0, EventArgs A_1) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.AddedControl(Control control, Int32 index) at Bring2mind.DNN.Modules.DMX.Dispatch.a(Object A_0, EventArgs A_1) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.AddedControl(Control control, Int32 index) at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Skin.InjectModule(Control objPane, ModuleInfo objModule, PortalSettings PortalSettings)

Can you please advise on how I should handle this?

    Thanks,

    Chhavi

    Hi Chhavi,
There is still the offer to buy the source code for 400 Euro. Contact me by email if you're interested. The DMX 3 source code is 'Full' source code (i.e. all my code).
    Peter
