I'm looking for some advice; our company's lawyer would like us to add a EULA for all of the software downloads on our page. I'm wondering if anyone has done this before, or if anyone has ideas of how best to do this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi J-sun,

I have written something like that, yes. It is an extension to DMX that checks that the current user has clicked OK on a special page before the download can begin. It will remember that the user has OKed the document until the document is changed (i.e. new version) after which he's asked again. Contact me by email if you're interested.
