Hi Alan,

The conversation looks good. Did you try with an admin instead of a host account?

I have the same issue when trying to use the "Open in Windows Explorer" option. I am running IIS6 with anonymous enabled using a domain account and not Authenticated access enabled. My app pool is using the same domain account as the website.

Every time i use the "Open in Windows Explorer" option a Windows Security pops up asking for username and password. I want Windows Explorer mode to open without having to enter any additional credentials.

Thank you.

Sam,

If WIndows doesn't send the dmxdav cookie to the server, then DMX doesn't know who you are. I can't "force" Windows to do this. It depends on the Windows version if it will do this and the way it is configured. In general, however, once you've logged in using the popup and opted to save the credentials, it continues to run as Windows stores that login.
Try not using a host login when you're logging in. Host logins are a bit of a headache in DNN as they don't belong to any portal.
