We just installed DMX v6 and are generally very happy with it. We are having one issue though, when we right click a PDF file and select View, it appears to pop-up a PDF viewer. However, the entire pop-up window is not visible and there is no X button to close the window. When you click the back button on the browser it attempts to go back to the page before the DMX view page or even generates an error.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? Can you control the size of the pop-up window based on the resolution on the monitor? We are trying to run this on laptop with a resolution of 1440x900.

I can try on a different monitor in the morning, but we need to be able to support smaller resolutions as some of our clients only have smaller resolution monitors.

Thanks for you help.

Hi Gigi,

I'll make a note of it. It'll need a code change. I've seen this before and it is indeed quite annoying when it happens.

I just confirmed on another monitor with higher resolution that the pop-up shows properly with the X button to close it. So definitely a resolution issue.

Just FYI. I'll look for an update. Thanks.
