Can no longer add files or folders after DNN 7.2 upgrade

Using the latest version of DNN and DMX, after upgrade can no longer add folders or files. Screen opens to do so but Next of Finish are dead buttons:

Hmm. I can't replicate. The error is produced in a core DNN method which is used by the templating mechanism. From what I see this is a custom template. Is there such a file as mentioned in the error, or not?

It's a dead end. I can open the area to create the folder, name it and then clicking Next of Finish does nothing at all. I had tried in both Safari and Firefox (we use Macs). Same thing. Contact me a jc@wowwebworks.com and I'll send over host creds if you like.
