Cannot Upload Files or Create Folders in Some Browsers

We are using DNN version 06.01.02. Our DMX version is We are having serious issues with inconsistent UIs across several browsers. I can upload files in Firefox, but not Safari, yet I was able to do so previously. I click on the UPLOAD NEW FILE, and I either get no "upload panel" or if I do get the panel, when I click on the "browse" button, nothing happens after I select a file for uploading. I don't know if it is an issue with the Silverlight plug-in or with versioning problems with DMX. We recently changed servers and as I am not the admin, I am curious if maybe a setting needs to be adjusted so there isn't a disconnect between the DMX and our version of DNN and which web browsers our users are using. Please assist us ASAP as we are in a legal situation where we need to provide our end users with the ability to upload files.

Our version of the DMX module is 6.0.4.

You can switch upload providers at any time. If you're having issues with one, I suggest switching to another. DMX comes with 4 upload providers out of the box. Go to upload settings and select another one to see if it alleviates the problem. There have been fixes to the Silverlight upload provider since your version, so upgrading would also have a solid chance of providing a solution. Peter
