We've had an odd issue happen now twice where, when editing and working within the Categories Editor interface, with the click of the Update button, the entire list of Categories is cleared out of the database. And, because they have foreign keys to the document category xref, they get cleared out too and all documents lose their categorization. The surprise is shocking as nothing in the action of renaming, moving category order or editing categories should do that obviously. And, having seen it happen, I can confirm that the Delete button was not clicked. To Troubleshoot I have tried many many things including - create new category - rename category - rename 2 categories - cancel/interrupt update - working in edit mode - switching to different page in edit mode - logging out while in update step and saving Have you heard of this happening before? |
