DMX Friendly Hosting Companies? 4413 0

Sorry for posting this here, but I did not see an appropriate forum for this.
Can anyone recommend some DMX 4/5 friendly hosting companies&160; We are about to deploy a DNN w/ DMX 4/5 website and we need a reliable, solid hosting company that is friendly to the DMX installation - namely the IIS 6/7 changes.
Anyone had good experiences with any particular companies

Please help with large files 4185 5

I am still unable to upload a file over 300MB.
All my settings match the user manual... my web.config;
Please help I own this module for a long time (2yrs) and I upgraded to v4 and I am still unable to use for the reason I bought it (upload BIG files 500MB) . The module works fine with smaller files such 30-50MB but I need to know if what I expecting its unrealistic. Thank You

Peter,
I have tried to report this 3 times but my posts keep disappearing as soon as I post them.&160; Must be the error code I'm posting.&160; I will try it this time after having converted it to pure test.&160; I install over 04_03_01 ok but when I hit the 'Return' box to go back to teh module list I get the following error:

Select button to upload File item not active 3558 2

I'm using the trial version on my local machine (IIS7 on Vista) and cannot seem to get the button to respond.&160; I can type in the name of a file and it will upload but when pressing the select button, nothing happens.&160; The clear button works OK...
I've been working on this much of the morning double checking my installation and permissions but no luck.&160; I upgraded to latest code 4.0.3.00 but still no luck.
What am I missing

Am getting the following error when trying to upgrade DMX to 4.3.0.

A critical error has occurred.
Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
(here the DNN file manager is visible)

I double checked the config file and the httpRuntime is set to:

1 If I do a hard delete to a folder under the Document Exchange folders it does not disapear until I do a page refresh
2. Is there a way to move an item from one folder to another I looked but I can find the information.
3. On the Admin Menu when you click on File Types is there a way to put a scroll bar on the bottom&160; Using a fixed width skin the edit button does not show up.&160; If I change the page for the parent page the file type page renders back to the default page layout.

I am in the midst of moving my DNN 4.5.5 install to a virtual machine.
The new machine is using a test URL.
Just for interest sake:
1. Moving from Windows Server 2003 x86 to x64. (Lots of gtcha's there)
2. I upgraded to DNN 4.6.2, then jumped to 4.8.4.
3. Stepped through all the little annoyances that one gets because of a major change.
Now on the last leg. I am&160;using DMX 4.0.6. Everything appears to be working as expected. But of coarse it wants to re-activate.

I ran the script 'Insert Base Folder'. As a result the folder 'New Base Folder' was created below the absolute root. Now I would like to remove it now but I can't - the delete option doesn't apprear, neither in the context menu nor in the module's menu (I logged out and in with different accounts and roles... it didn't help)

I can open all documents within docexch4 except for pdf's when using ie6.&160; When I use firefox&160; and or ie7 I can open the pdf's. My docexchange is for public consumption so I need it to work with ie6. Any ideas. The problem is consistent with all of my machines. Windows 2000 and xp with ie6 work the same.

I upgraded from DMX3 to DMX4 and had an SQL error while the upgrade everything else was successful, I check with the host and I was running MSDE 2000, I moved the database to a SQL 2005 and reintall the module but the SQL statements for the upgrade are not being executed.
Right now on the page where the DMX module resides I have an error, how properly upgrade my installation.
