DMX_Repository Table Size 3384 4

The DMX_Repository Table size has gotten pretty large in my DNN DB. 2534424KB I am holding my data on Amazon S3 now and I am wondering if that Repository should still be large even after moving all the files to S3

Clearing out graveyard in DNN 5.2.1 3307 1

We have an installation of DNN 5.2.1 and it has worked very well for nearly a year. We do have a problem though. We did not realize the functionality of the 'graveyard' until today, when our webserver storage drive ran out of disk space. The is a large amount of files in the graveyard folder, which we will never need to recover and would like to delete. Is there a way to empty the graveyard folder in DNN 5.2.1 if so, would someone here please explain the steps required to do so Thanks...

We are trying to upload a 276MB file and are receiving a 'System.OutOfMemoryException' error message. Checking this forum found a post with a similar situation but that was for version 4.2.3. (http://www.bring2mind.net/support/forums/tabid/143/aff/23/aft/4078/afv/topic/default.aspx). That post also said that the problem was fixed in version 5. Is it possible to show 'Modified By' along side the Modified Date for a versioned document&160; Managers want to know who last modified a file by their login and not let them change it as you can do with the Author field.

Hi Peter,
I'm coming back to my cross-domain SyncFolder-issue I postet on thursday:
Now, the first sync ran through we encountered another problem:
On this share we are syncing there are some subfolders which aren't available to us - so we get an 'access denied' error and the sync script stops at this point, leaving all following folders untouched.
Would it be possible to get an option in the SyncFolder-tab to just skip folders to which access is denied instead of stopping the whole sync scr...

We are using this on one of our portals in which has a lot of documents and we would like to know if there would be a way to auto expire a document.&160; So say we upload a document today and we want to either set an arbitrary date in the future for expirations or set it to say xx weeks/months/hours or whatever our time frame.&160;

Is it possible to reference & index multiple data stores on other servers WithOut importing all the files to the root folder structure

Peter,
Is there a way to turn on logging within DMX. I have looked at he 'DMX\Log' directory, but it is empty. I'm having a strange issue with a WebDAV client and I'd like to watch what files it's hitting. I know I can start Fiddler, but that seems overkill at this point.

Hi Peter,
I am trying to find out what is being stored in the Portals\0\DMX\Temp folder. We are having issues where a number of large files get trapped in that folder and this causes the server to go low on space. I thought it would be a temporary upload folder but when I tested, that seems to be Portals\0\DMX\Upload folder. Does the 'Portals\0\DMX\Temp' folder get cleared automatically Is there a way to clear it more frequently

I am using a demo version of the DMX and found I can recommend to many of my customers. Is it possible to have the following implemented:
(a) Can I remove the document details (like author, last modified, keywords, categories, version, size and permlink ) when viewing the document
(b)The excel and power point files cannot be viewed and it says, &160;'There is no viewer for this file.'.
(c) I was able to remove the Download button (after searching the details from your forum). But ...

In DMX (5.1.x) I have a synchronized folder setup with a path specified to a remote share on our network.
The conflict resolution = Source folder is leading.
The first time synch went smooth and I imediately saw all the documents, but when a new document is added to the share it is never synched with my DMX&160;view.&160; I know it's a permissions issue cause my synch log shows permission is denied, but I&160;don't quite understand the setup for my permissions.

All Permissions below an entry with permissions have been lost 3734 5

We use DMX version 5.1.3
The permissions on all Entries in the hierarchy below a 2nd level folder named Operations (with permissions) have been lost (left join DMX_EntryPermissions on DMX_EntryPermissions.EntryId=DMX_Entries.EntryId).
We have hard deleted a subfolder several levels below the Operations folder twice. The subfolders had folders with file entries. We have done this twice without notising that permissions on other files/folders have been affected.
