My environment is : DNN 4.09.01, SQL Server 2005, IIS 6.0, Windows 2003 Server I have Document Exchange Professional 5.02.03 and Document Exchange Treeview Navigator 2.00.04 I have two (2) questions. 1. How do I resolve this error message. Error message : "Unable to download Download.aspx from www.site.org. Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later." 2. How do I export my files out of your system. I tried the Zip & Download but I get the error message that I stated in question 1. Thanks, Herman.

Hi Herman, On the run scripts page you can select the export script which exports all DMX content. Regarding the error: it appears IIS does not allow the call to this page. Using a tool like Fiddler you should be able to see easily why this is the case. Peter
