Drag and Drop Not Working in IE 3154 6

We recently upgraded from DMX 6.0.2 to 6.1.0. We are using DNN CE 6.02. Previously drag and drop worked, even though it was a little clunky sometimes. Now, it does not. We are experiencing what others have reported previously, except that there is no popup message that says anything. Basically, you can move a document from one folder to another (target) folder. It disappears from the original folder, but when you open the target folder there is nothing there. When you go back to the origin...

So I truly like this Minimal Template; it is clean and easy. But I've been struggling in trying to allow new directories, edit, and add new documents. I've followed the vague documentation I found online; but it doesn't appear to work. Can someone help me out or point me in a good direction to get it I even attempted to link to the default module button location and tie it into the Template View and it still didn't appear. Thank you.

Users are applying document names. When displayed in the document list in the right pane, the document name wraps into several lines. When a folder contains many documents it is not possible to scroll down to the last documents, ie they are not visible to the user. how can this be fixed

I want to display link (or template view) to a specific file, where the file depends on the role of the logged-in user. As an example: Logged in as Admin, let's say I can see the following folders and files in DMX: Coke (folder) -recipe.xls -sales.xls Pepsi (folder) -recipe.xls -sales.xls The permissions are set up such that when a Pepsi user is logged in (role: Pepsi_Users), he or she only sees the Pepsi folder and its contents -- not the Coke folder. No Results Found message in Custom Results Template 2390 3

I found where to alter the templates. I like the look of the simple 'Search Results' template view but I want it to display a message to users if nothing was found. I can't figure-out how to do that; I see where you can do conditions but I don't see how to test whether any items were found.

HTTPS and Ajax UI 2/3 Panel problem - cannot load content in Panel. Document Exchange v. 6.0.4 2380 1

After we have installed the secure socket layer (SSL), we have problems with Ajax UI 2/3 Panel. The problem is that the data cannot be loaded, the module is trying to load the content, but without any result (constant loading...). In consequence we are unable to display the content of the folders. Thank you in advance for any hint! If it would be useful to attach the screenshot to better explain we can do it/send it by e-mail.

Flex List with CSS Issues 2431 1

Hi Peter, We are trying to implement the flex list and Navigator and are having CSS issues in in DNN7. I've looked at the related styles and see no easy solution. The problem is that all the folders end up on the same line. If I turn off the class dmxicon display and back ground image it functions as expected but does not show the images as part of the tree. This is on a clean dnn 7.0.4 install with the default skin. Thank You, Terryb

Custom Attribute per Edit Form 2407 2

Peter, I am wondering if it is possible to apply custom attributes to certain edit screens only. I know I can apply the attributes per type, file, link, etc, but I don't know if I can do it based on which edit screen is being used. My guess is that I can't do it based on the edit screen, which leads me to my second question. Can I create a custom edit screen and tell it which attributes to use (my guess is the answer is, yes, but is it easy) Thanks, Stuart

Possible to suppress Subscribed Content folder? 2603 2

My client is asking if it is possible to suppress the display of the 'Subscribed Content' folder in the Folders pane He isn't using the Subscribe feature and wants to keep the UI as uncluttered as possible. I'm wondering if it could work like the 'Non-approved items' folder in that it only appears if it has content.

Hi, Currently we have issue in our Document Exchange Professional ver. 5. When we try to do “Open in Windows Explorer” in one of our folders, it just doesn’t do anything. We also try to open the WebDAV URL directly from a Windows explorer, but it opens up the Internet Explorer browser, and it gives us “HTTP 405 Method not Allowed” error message on the browser. Hi, we are using notifications, in the mail a link is created to the document in the main portal page. But the user has no rights to see this page. The subfolders in the portal are projects and a user has rights to a projectpage where only the subfolder of a project is shown. How can i adjust the link in the mail so that it redirects to the 'project' page where the user has rights to see the document. (the main portal page is only visible for admins)

My client is reporting that the Properties 'dialog' for folders or documents won't close by clicking the 'X' Close button on Internet Explorer 9. Each time it is pressed, the dialog moves a little to the right and down until it approaches the edge of the screen. The site is running DotNetNuke 6.2.5 with Document Exchange 6.1.3. Newbie question: I see that the Admin can subscribe individual users to a folder, but can he subscribe a group Our HR department loves the feature and would like all employees (around 1,000) to be subscribed to a few particular folders. We have an AD group for all employees. Possible Thanks!
