Folder Subscription by Group 2584 1

Newbie question: I see that the Admin can subscribe individual users to a folder, but can he subscribe a group Our HR department loves the feature and would like all employees (around 1,000) to be subscribed to a few particular folders. We have an AD group for all employees. Possible Thanks!

Files added to a module with Root Folder set to a sub folder don't appear 2561 2

I have setup DMX on two different tabs. The DMX module on the first tab has the Root Folder set to root folder 'Document Exchange'. The second DMX module on a different tab has the root folder set to a sub-folder under 'Document Exchange'. In the second module files can be uploaded, but do not show up in the list of files. When I look at the first DMX module I can see the files. Why do the uploaded files not appear in the second module

We have downloaded and installed trail version of Document Exchange. We added module to 2 different pages, and found that the content is the same. Is it possible to limit what folders and/or content appear on what page We would like to keep certain folders to certain pages, and for organizational purpose 'hide' the others until user navigates to that particular page. Thank you!

Drop-Down Menus Look Wrong 2979 4

I am testing an upgrade of DMX from 5.0.4 to the latest version. When I install the upgrade, I see duplicate menus in the module: On the left side there are: Folder, Tools, Admin and Help. Hovering-over these shows a menu where the items are scattered across. On the right side of the top of the module, I see Search, Admin and Help drop-down menus and those look OK. Is there a problem with our old menu system that didn't upgrade correctly How do I fix

Notifications Sender Address not saved on Submit 2648 3

I'm using DMX 6.1.3 with DotNetNuke 6.2.5. When I go to Admin > Main Options and set 'Notifications Sender Address' to an email address and press Submit, the email address is not saved. When I re-open the Main Options, the field is blank. Is there a work-around or solution for this problem As a side note, the 'Audit Email' IS saved as expected. Thanks for any light you can shed on this! Larry

Using 6.1.0 and have not tried a bulk import since version 5.x. The features says it still exists, but I'm not seeing any options in the UI for a bulk import (from a local file directory). I need to bulk import because uploading a 200 MB file appears to error out both IE and Chrome. A 404 is returned during the upload process and the file never appears.

What does the Document > Properties > Versions > Pin link (button) do The Disk link downloads that version of the document, but I don't see the Pin doing anything but refreshing the page. I'm using DMX 6.1.3 and Letterbox 1.4.0 on a DNN 6.2.5 system. If I hard delete a user's folder, it eventually comes back -- multiple times. Object Reference errors are showing up in the DNN logs. If you attempt to access a folder at the download.aspx address you get an error. It's not often that I update the content in my DMX install, but it seems like when the log tries to roll into the next month etc. I get the error (below) in my error log (over and over again)... I do have anti-virus on my server, but I have excluded *.log files from the scanner. Peter, I just upgraded to 6.1.3 and noticed an issue with the Properties setting on the right click context menu. When I click that while selected on a file I get a message that says 'The data could not be loaded'. I have tried it in both IE and FF with the same result. I am not sure if it is specific to 6.1.3 or not...it may have been an issue before the upgrade. Brian

When I go to add a document to a folder that I created I am having some issues, If I try drag and drop in Chrome, it just opens the document in a chrome window. Other than that all I see is a white box, no upload file button or anything. I am running DMX 6.1.1 Chris
