DMX 3.4.8 on DNN 4.3.5 / SQL error 3875 2

Hi,
i installed the DMX 3.4.8 NET2 on a DNN 4.3.5 with SQL Server 2005.
After licensing i get this error:
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Unhandled Error Adding Module to ContentPane ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. Rights based on users, not security group 4099 3

Hi,
I have DMX 3 professional and I was wondering if their is a way to set rights to collections based on individual users and not sercurity role groups. Currently we are using DMX as a way for our clients to send files to us, and also have the ability for us to have files ready for the clients to download. The problem is we have many clients and right now we have no way of setting up permissions so that particular clients have access to their folder, or collection.
Is there a way to setup DMX...

Hi,
I have been given the task of setting up your Document Exchange 3 Pro Module on one of our customer’s web sites.
I am having a little trouble succeeding in this.
Due to the importance of keeping their production site up and running I am testing this module on my local host just to get the feel of it.
Your brochure does mention that it will work unlicensed. I am running DNN 3.2.2 btw.
The module does upload successfully to a new and fresh DNN install, but that’s it.

Can somebody PLEASE post the exact link where the installation/configuration documentation is for the DMX module. I have been looking on this site for over an hour for an answer. No uploading/downloading after upgade. 4910 17

I've upgrade from DMX version 03.02.00 to 03.04.06 and am now having problems uploading or downloading files.
I'm using DNN 4.3.3, SQL Server 2005, Windows Server 2003.
When I try to download a file, it hangs for a long time and eventually pops a message box that says 'Document contains no data'
I was able to do a mass Import of 3 Gigs of data and seemed to
work fine, but I can't download any of the files, even very small ones.

I have dmx installed on our current intranet....it is installed on and the address is /dotnetnuke'>http:///dotnetnuke.
The powers to be here have decided they want a catchier name and only one name for access.
So they have setup and alias for server and want this as address http:// as address. I also have to keep the above access going so have redirected that back to alias address.
What I need to know before i start process is if this will affect the license for dmx as I cannot have the...

Hi,
I am having a problem using the Navigator add on. I have installed the latest DMX (3.4.1) and the latest Navigator from this site.
However, although the module installs OK, I get the following error in the log after adding the module to a page:

Peter,
I'm using DNN 3.2.2 (using .Net framework 1.1) right now and I have DMX 3.04.06 installed in it. When I upgrade to DNN 4.3.4, are there any version incompatibility issues Do I need to buy the Document Exchange 3 Professional (New) I'm assuming that since I already have DMX 3.04.06, I don't need to buy it, right

I did not purchase DMX through snowcovered, purchased by cheque directly. I have noticed someone talking about a 3.4.6 version. Last version I recieved was 3.4.4
Am I still entitled to updates.

I'm curious, why do you require your customers to activate DMX, and why do you only give them 2 activation opportunities We are currently developing our site on a host that we know we won't stay with. Its just a test site to learn DNN. Once we switch ISPs, we will need to continue developing our site before we go live. Peter,
The exception below is generated everytime someone opens a document. I just upgraded our DMX version to 03.04.06 from 03.02.01 hoping that it would go away. But it did not. I did not get any errors running the module install over the existing one.
This is our production server running on DNN 3.2.2.
Do you have any resolution to this
