Hi Peter, While uploading the files using the DMX Letterbox module we don't see any upload progress bar showing the percentage of data uploaded. Subscription Manager not adding usernames 3684 1

My subscription manager will randomly not add a username. I have tried multiple times to add it. Sometimes it will add the user to a subfolder, but not show their username in the main folder. Any clues I am using DMX v6.1.3.

We are using DNN version 06.01.02. Our DMX version is We are having serious issues with inconsistent UIs across several browsers. I can upload files in Firefox, but not Safari, yet I was able to do so previously. I click on the UPLOAD NEW FILE, and I either get no 'upload panel' or if I do get the panel, when I click on the 'browse' button, nothing happens after I select a file for uploading. I don't know if it is an issue with the Silverlight plug-in or with versioning problems with DM...

Broken in Document Exchange version 6.1.3 then I upgraded to Document Exchange version 6.1.6 still broken. We upgraded our DNN Environment from 6.3.4 to 7.1.2 a few weeks ago. Unable to download files from IE8 3852 5

Hi Team, We have observed that we are unable to download the documents from 'Document Exchange Shop' module using IE8. The download works fine in IE9 and rest of the browsers. Please look into this and provide us the solution at the earliest. The version of the module is 1.4.2. We have this issue on our production site and this is affecting our online business. Error when adding categories on multilanguage site 3336 1

Hi Peter, we are having a problem when trying to add categories if the default language of the site is not set to English. To duplicate the issue, simply enable at least two languages on a site and change the default language (in the language admin tab) to something other than English. When trying to add a new category, the module will return an error 'An item with the same key has already been added' Thanks, Vincenzo

My requirement at the moment is where a list of profiles (residents) need to have a document repository attached to each profile. We recently upgraded our client's website (using DMX 6.1.6) from DNN 6.2.5 to DNN 7.2.0. Now, when we add a folder to the tree (as we have always done in the past), it doesn't appear in the UI. There's no error message. And there's no exception in the Event Viewer. The entry for the folder can be found in the DMX_Entries table. It differs from a visible entry in that: 1. Its Path is NULL instead of something like '0;1;3021;3212;', and 2. Its PermissionsOnlyByAdmin is '0' when visible ...

In the old 3 pane UI, selecting a document let you view all details including version history and download history in the 3rd pane. Unable to upload file in OSX Mavericks 4118 3

I can not upload files. I am using OS X Safari and have the latest version of Silverlight (restarted the browser) and have enabled popups. When you select the file to be uploaded it goes back to the DNN screen but nothing happens in the Silverlight upload box. Any suggestions I have also tried Chrome and Firefox with the same result. I suspect something else is missing like Java Thanks
